Requirement

• s10+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience (applies to all three engineering roles)
• .Demonstrated AI-native development — shipping AI-assisted / agentic software at high throughput
• .Full-stack ownership: React / Relay / GraphQL front ends through to Python / PHP/Hack
• .Experience with modern architectures — Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and microservices
• .Ability to design system architecture, review code, and harden systems for production

.What you'll d

• oOnboard to the client platform stack, review automation specifications from the analyst track, and design the system architecture
• .Connect source systems to a unified data layer so manual uploads are eliminated and cross-system data flows automatically
• .Build a dependency engine that makes cross-workstream dependencies visible across 4,000+ workstreams
• .Automate vendor-facing workflows toward high auto-connection coverage
• .Stand up an agentic orchestration pilot targeting a 50–70% reduction in manual coordination effort; launch a Phase-2 AI-agent pilot on a workstream subset
• .Work with modern architectures (Domain-Driven Design, microservices) and maintain high engineering quality through code review and hardening
