Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer in the healthcare space, you will design and build mission-critical applications that support clinicians and patients. You will develop seamless user experiences, scalable backend services, and secure cloud-native solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role also involves providing technical leadership, driving architectural decisions, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of full stack features and services with cross-team impact.
• Design scalable, reliable, and secure systems aligned with enterprise standards.
• Develop secure, maintainable, and testable applications using modern architectural practices.
• Build backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Design and manage data models for distributed applications.
• Develop cloud-ready applications compatible with CI/CD workflows.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs related to performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and influence architecture, design, and implementation across engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 7+ years of Full Stack development experience.
• Strong experience with React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience developing backend services using .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience building cloud-native applications (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable).
• Hands-on experience with Docker.
• Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM, or Bicep.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience with enterprise healthcare platforms such as Epic.
