Engineering Manager ($150K)

One of our great clients would like to hire an Engineering Manager full-time.

Summary

• The current Engineering Manager is being promoted to another role.
• This position will oversee a team of approximately 10 employees and requires a strong people leader who can effectively manage both projects and personnel.
• Also open to candidates who are currently Supervisors or Team Leads who have successfully led teams and are ready to take the next step into management.

Salary: $110K–$150

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of engineering and leadership experience.
• 2+ years of aerospace industry experience.
• B.S. Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in engineering, mechanical design, or similar
• Direct managerial experience leading and directing a team.
• Proficient in the use of CAD design and analysis tools
• Proficient in the use of MS Office software, and experience with MS Project a plus.
• Ability to take periodic travel required to support customer onsite meetings and reviews, both domestic and international. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
