Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join our talented engineering team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will work on developing and maintaining robust software solutions that drive our aircraft systems and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET / C#, modern front-end frameworks, database management, domain-driven design, and test-driven development. Experience working within cloud-based environments and deployment pipelines is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications using .NET / C# and Vue.
• Design Principles: Experience designing and building systems using clean architecture principles, including domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS patterns, and service-oriented design.
• Database Management: Develop and manage relational databases using Postgres / SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Deployment & Environments: Work within established CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments to support application deployment and reliability.
• Domain-Driven Design: Apply domain-driven design principles to create scalable, maintainable, and effective software solutions.
• Test-Driven Development: Write and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Technologies:

• Proficiency in .NET / C# for backend development.
• Experience working with a monolith architecture is a plus.
• Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.
• Solid understanding of relational databases, including Postgres and SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Design Principles: Experience designing and building systems using clean architecture principles, including domain-driven design (DDD), CQRS patterns, and service-oriented design.
• Development Practices: Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in distributed systems or microservices environments
• Experience working with a monolith architecture.
• Exposure to cloud-based application deployment
• Experience collaborating across multiple services or teams
