Training Content Designer- WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Content Designer with experience in instructional design and e-learning development to create engaging learning solutions for employees and functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing learning needs, designing training materials, developing digital learning content, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective training programmes.

The ideal candidate has experience using Articulate 360, strong knowledge of instructional design principles, and the ability to create high-quality learning materials that support business and employee development goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse employee learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to develop relevant training content.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, digital courses, and instructional resources.
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences for different audiences.
• Develop, update, and maintain training curriculum and learning solutions based on business requirements.
• Create interactive e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
• Plan and support skills assessments and training activities to measure learning effectiveness.
• Provide guidance and support to trainers during the rollout of new training programmes.
• Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics and use insights to improve learning solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners when required for training content development.
• Ensure training materials meet quality standards, deadlines, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Instructional Design, Training Content Development, or Learning and Development.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 is required.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Experience developing e-learning courses and digital learning modules.
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and learner-focused training materials.
• Strong communication, organisation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing computer-based training programmes.
• Experience creating interactive learning content, assessments, and multimedia training materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods.
• Experience working with trainers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders.
