Job Vacancy: Visual Content Production Specialist

Allujain Real Estate Development and Investment Company is seeking a Visual Content Production Specialist to join its Marketing Department in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Photograph real estate projects, residential units, offices, and company events.
• Produce professional short-form and long-form video content.
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Film Reels, promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Operate professional cameras and produce high-quality mobile content.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards for promotional videos.
• Prepare shooting plans and determine the required scenes, angles, and locations.
• Conduct on-site filming across the company’s real estate projects.
• Film interviews, property tours, events, and corporate activities.
• Edit videos and add text, graphics, transitions, music, and visual effects.
• Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and basic sound editing.
• Retouch and edit photos for social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Design social media posts, stories, digital advertisements, and campaign visuals.
• Create video covers, thumbnails, and other visual assets.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s brand identity.
• Transform marketing ideas into engaging visual content.
• Adapt content to the dimensions and technical requirements of each platform.
• Organize and archive photos, videos, raw footage, and project files.
• Prepare, manage, and maintain photography and video equipment.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute campaigns.
• Follow current content trends and propose creative ideas.
• Meet production schedules and submit work within agreed deadlines.
• Contribute to improving the overall quality of the company’s visual content.
• Perform other duties related to visual production and creative marketing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience in photography and videography.
• Strong video editing and post-production skills.
• Proficiency in professional camera operation and mobile videography.
• Good understanding of lighting, audio recording, composition, and framing.
• Ability to write short scripts and develop creative content ideas.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site and travel between projects when required.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in real estate content is preferred.
• A portfolio of previous work is required.
