Excellent Creative skills
Good hand in designing Websites & Mobile Apps
Strong hold on softwares like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wireframing tools
Planning ads and scripts
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly Android & iOS

Key Skills Required:
Web & Mobile UI Design, Photoshop, Illustrator

HTML Developer:
Should be good in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Javascript.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
Ability to develop new user-facing features.
Coding the entire HTML site from end to end.
Write reusable, testable and efficient code.
Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the application will adhere to them.
Demonstrate excellent debugging/troubleshooting skills.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Strong knowledge of web standards.
Work collaboratively in a group environment where good communication, good judgement, independence and timeliness is required.
