Co-Founder — Fundraising & Capital

You're not willing or able to invest a small amount of capital, or you don't have real fundraising experience and connections in Web3. This role is for someone who's done this before and can bring capital and a network from day one — not someone looking to learn fundraising on the job.

We're not starting from zero. Moontask already has initial clients and partners engaged — the product and GTM motion are real and moving. This role is about bringing the capital to match that traction, not building demand from scratch.

· About Moontask

Moontask is trust infrastructure for Web3 marketing. We built an AI-powered wallet intelligence engine that scores Solana wallets to separate real community members from bots, airdrop farmers, and Sybil attackers — the problem every Web3 marketing campaign runs into and nobody has solved well. Live API, 2M+ wallets scored, B2B portal in production. Fully bootstrapped, no equity raised to date. Clients and partnerships already in motion.

· Position Overview

We're bringing on a Co-Founder to lead fundraising and take Moontask into its first institutional round. This is a founder-level seat on a small, focused team — not an employee hire — and comes with meaningful equity in place of salary.

· What You'll Do

• Own the fundraising strategy end-to-end: targeting, outreach, pitch, close

• Build and manage relationships with Web3-focused VCs, funds, and angels

• Sharpen the pitch, financial model, and data room alongside the founder

• Lead negotiations and investor conversations

• Align fundraising strategy with product and GTM priorities as a true co-founder, not an outside hire

· What You Need

• Real experience raising capital for Web3 or crypto startups — you've closed rounds before, not learning on the job

• An active network of Web3 investors, funds, and angels

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Comfort operating lean and early-stage

• Willingness to make a personal capital investment into the company alongside your equity

· Compensation

This is an equity-based co-founder role, not a salaried position. A meaningful equity stake is offered in place of salary, with terms discussed directly. A small personal capital contribution is required to qualify.
