Social Media & Growth Manager (Web3/Crypto) – Equity Only

SterlingChain is building the next generation of self-custody crypto banking.

We're a UK-based startup developing a non-custodial crypto wallet that brings together secure self-custody, DeFi lending, on-chain insurance, portfolio management and other financial services into one platform.

We're looking for an ambitious Social Media & Growth Manager who wants to help build something from the ground up. This is an equity-only role for someone who believes in the long-term vision and wants to own part of the company's success.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute SterlingChain's social media strategy.
Grow our presence on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Farcaster and other Web3 communities.
Create engaging content including posts, threads, short-form videos and announcements.
Promote new product features, updates and partnerships.
Build relationships with crypto influencers, communities and media.
Help increase app downloads and user engagement.
Plan and coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns.
Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Bonus skills (not required)

Experience running Meta, X or Google Ads.
Experience with crypto or DeFi.
Experience growing startup communities.
Graphic design or video editing.
Community management on Discord or Telegram.
