QA Lead & Scrum Master

About the RoleWe’re looking for a versatile QA Lead & Scrum Master to develop and deploy end-to-end quality standards and agile delivery workflows — from testing strategies to user-facing releases. In this dual role, you will be the ultimate champion for both process efficiency and product quality. You will establish automation frameworks for diverse applications while facilitating Agile ceremonies to ensure seamless project delivery across parallel tracks.

Key Responsibilities

• QA Leadership: Define the overarching test strategy, automation frameworks, and final quality gates for multiple concurrent client applications.
• Scrum Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives for multiple project teams.
• Blocker Removal: Proactively identify and eliminate process bottlenecks and technical impediments to keep delivery teams focused and on schedule.
• Release Management: Coordinate with development teams to manage release cycles, assess deployment risks, and ensure stable, defect-free production drops.
• Client & Team Alignment: Serve as a core delivery contact, bridging the gap between technical execution and client expectations regarding project timelines and quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance with a proven track record of steering delivery in a lead capacity.
• Multi-Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage delivery, run Agile processes, and shift context effectively across multiple service accounts.
• Scrum Mastery: Deep practical knowledge of Scrum frameworks; certifications like CSM (Certified Scrum Master) or PMI-ACP are highly desirable.
• Technical QA Stack: Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium) and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiating, and leadership skills to manage client stakeholder dynamics and keep engineering teams aligned.
