Creative Trend & Business Development Specialist

What You’ll Do
• Research trending topics, memes, pop culture, fashion, entertainment, sports, gaming, seasonal events, and consumer behavior in the U.S.
• Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms to identify emerging trends and viral opportunities.
• Develop creative concepts for custom T-shirts and apparel that have strong commercial potential.
• Prepare clear product briefs, references, mood boards, or concept ideas for our design team.
• Work closely with our operations team to help launch new products quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor the sales performance of products inspired by your ideas and continuously improve future concepts.
• Identify and reach out to Shopify store owners and e-commerce brands that may benefit from our custom apparel printing services.
• Build relationships with potential business partners and introduce our print-on-demand and custom apparel solutions.
• Continuously look for new opportunities to expand our customer base and product offerings.

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of American pop culture and consumer trends.
• Passion for TikTok, social media, and identifying viral content.
• Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Basic understanding of apparel design, fashion trends, typography, and product aesthetics.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, apparel, print-on-demand, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Graphic design experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation
• Base Salary: $50,000 per year
• Performance Bonus: 3% commission based on the sales generated from products developed from your approved ideas and concepts.

We’re looking for a highly creative, trend-driven individual who understands American pop culture, enjoys discovering what’s trending before everyone else, and knows how to turn those trends into products people want to buy.
This is not a traditional graphic designer position. You are not expected to create the artwork yourself. Instead, your primary responsibility is to identify winning ideas, develop product concepts, and work with our design and operations teams to bring those ideas to market.
