98thPercentile is hiring 2 Part-Time Inside Sales Representatives based in the Dallas / DFW area.
What you'll do:
Connect with parents of K–8 students interested in Math, Coding, English & Public Speaking programs
Follow up on warm and aged leads
Convert inquiries into enrollments
Compensation:
💲$18–$25/hour (based on experience)
💰$100 commission for every new enrollment
⏰20 hours/week
📅 Weekday evenings + Saturday/Sunday mornings
We're looking for candidates with sales experience, especially from:
Admissions & Enrollment (Kumon, Mathnasium, Sylvan, Kaplan, tutoring, private schools, college admissions)
Life Insurance / Final Expense Sales
Real Estate Inside Sales (ISA)
Gym & Fitness Membership Sales
Requirements:
Must be based in the Dallas / DFW area
Proven sales or quota achievement
Comfortable with outbound calling and closing sales
Available for evening and weekend shifts
