Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / Remote)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹4.5 – 6 LPA
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
Lumos Learning is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / InDesign Specialist to work on educational books and other print-ready content. The ideal candidate has prior experience in book publishing and is comfortable creating professional layouts and designs — combining accurate, production-ready typesetting with genuine design and illustration skills.

Responsibilities

Design and format books, workbooks, and other print materials.
Create clean, accurate, and print-ready files using Adobe InDesign.
Design graphics, illustrations, charts, and page layouts as required.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions within timelines.
Produce sample designs or layout work during the selection process, if required.

Requirements

Experience in designing books, magazines, or other print publications.
Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other relevant Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Must own a laptop and have the required software; the company does not provide hardware or software.
