Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures.

• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues.

• Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

• Execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.

• Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content and blog strategies.

• Track and analyze SEO performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.

• Optimize website speed, mobile usability, and overall user experience.

• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

• Work closely with developers and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.

• Manage local SEO initiatives, Google Business Profile optimization, and citation building where required.

• Improve keyword rankings across target search terms.

• Increase organic website traffic and lead generation.

• Improve website visibility and search engine performance.

• Enhance domain authority through quality backlink acquisition.

• Reduce technical SEO issues and improve website health scores.

• Deliver timely SEO reports and actionable recommendations.

• Achieve measurable growth in organic conversions and website engagement.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.

• Knowledge of keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.

• Understanding of website architecture, indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.

• Experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Any bachelor’s degree

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic marketing.

• Proven track record of improving website rankings and organic traffic.

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

• Relevant SEO certifications will be an added advantage.
