Account Executive (Healthcare SaaS / Digital Marketing)

LaunchMD is an AI-powered digital marketing platform built exclusively for independent medical and dental practices. We help practices grow by delivering AI-developed websites and ongoing digital marketing services that drive measurable patient acquisition.

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close. Our marketing and outbound systems generate qualified opportunities, allowing you to focus on discovery, demonstrations, and closing. Duties

• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed agreement.
• Conduct discovery calls with physicians, dentists, and office managers.
• Present live competitive analyses demonstrating how prospective practices compare with local competitors.
• Demonstrate the LaunchMD platform and clearly communicate its value.
• Negotiate pricing and close new business.
• Execute contracts through PandaDoc and coordinate client onboarding.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using HubSpot.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals while providing market feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle independently.
• Strong virtual presentation and communication skills.
• Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Preferred

• Experience selling SaaS, digital marketing, or subscription-based services.
• Experience selling to medical, dental, or other healthcare practices.
• Familiarity with Apollo, PandaDoc, or OpenPhone.
