Title: Director of Sales (full-time, remote)
Reports to: CEO
Are you a natural sales leader who can build and improve a culture dedicated to driving remarkable growth?
Do you have extensive experience successfully managing high-performing sales teams?

Can you lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met?
Can you develop and implement workflows, policies, and procedures to optimize the entire sales funnel?
Are you capable of monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and sales success?
Can you collaborate with the CEO to set a vision, address challenges, and continuously improve processes?
Can you prepare and present regular reports on performance metrics, challenges, and solutions to senior management?
Can you recruit a new team of amazing sales agents to handle remote (home-based) matchmaking service sales to US clients?

Qualifications:
Senior Sales Leadership Experience (5+ years)
