About the job
The Role
We're looking for an experienced and inspiring Product Manager to lead a fast-paced investment in AI at scale across Ennismore, reporting to the Product Director. You'll ensure product strategy is tightly aligned with business objectives and user needs, at a pivotal moment as we embed AI into our core commercial infrastructure.
You'll play a central role in defining the foundation of our backend systems — including the infrastructure that connects our AI systems to production data and services. You will support the Product Director in owning this critical layer of our architecture which powers an e-commerce platform generating several million pounds in sales per week, and help build and own the MCP (Model Context Protocol) layer that lets AI agents safely and reliably interact with our core systems.
As the Product representative in this space, you'll ensure the requirements of business teams are met and that the product roadmap delivers against its commitments. You'll work in close, day-to-day partnership with our Senior Software Engineer and the wider backend/AI engineering team — who are building the Ennismore API, the MCP server components, and the guardrails that let AI agents interact safely with production systems.
This role suits a Product Manager with a strong background in data, and experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and own the product strategy for the Ennismore API and MCP layer, ensuring both scale reliably alongside growing AI-agent usage
• Set a compelling, forward-looking product vision that delivers engaging, personalized, and scalable digital experiences — with an AI-first approach at its core
• Translate business goals into a clear, prioritized roadmap for AI-enabled backend and platform capabilities
Product Experience & Optimizations
• Own the developer and integration experience for internal teams and AI agents consuming the Ennismore API and MCP layer
• Define and track success metrics to continuously improve platform performance
• Work closely with engineering to balance speed of AI experimentation with the stability required for a platform processing millions in weekly sales
Product Operations
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog and clear documentation of API/MCP capabilities for internal stakeholders
• Report progress, risks, and roadmap changes to leadership and cross-functional partners on a regular cadence
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with Commercial, Revenue, Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure product strategy is tightly aligned with business objectives and user needs
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of product strategy and execution across multiple digital channels, with a focus on Platform
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI agents into production systems is strongly preferred
• Proven experience building successful products at scale. Experience with microservice architecture is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies, with experience thriving in fast-paced, iterative product environments
• Data-driven mindset, with fluency in analytics tools and a habit of letting insight guide product decisions and user experience optimization
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with broader business objectives while working effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
What's in it for you...
• Join a welcoming and friendly team
• Join one of the fastest-growing hospitality groups globally
• This role is hired via Remote.com, our global employment partner
• Fully remote role — you'll need to work within +/-2 hours of UK time
• Discounts on our brands and hotels via disloyalty.com
• Plenty of opportunity to progress and change it up across a diverse, global family of brands
