Role

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to help us acquire new website projects by reaching out to Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs).

Responsibilities

Cold call SMBs using the leads provided.
Pitch website development services.
Follow up with prospects and close deals.
Maintain basic lead updates.

Requirements

Laptop with a stable internet connection.
Good communication skills ( Englis & Tamil or any other indian languagepreferred).
Comfortable making cold calls.
Self-motivated and target-driven.

Compensation

Commission Only
Earn 30% commission on every closed project.
Project Value: ₹4,000
Commission per Sale: ₹1,200

Work Schedule

5-day work week
Fully remote with flexible working hours.
