About BetaxLab

BetaxLab is building an AI-powered customer engagement platform that helps Shopify and eCommerce brands automate WhatsApp marketing, recover abandoned carts, reduce COD RTO, and streamline business workflows.

About the Role

As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll partner closely with the founder across marketing, growth, customer acquisition, content, partnerships, and product launches.

This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll wear multiple hats, experiment with new ideas, and have a direct impact on company growth.

No two days will be the same.

What You'll Do

Growth Marketing

• Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Support Google Ads and performance marketing initiatives
• Improve landing page conversions
• Generate and qualify B2B leads
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

Content & Brand

• Create LinkedIn, Instagram, and X content
• Publish blogs and product updates
• Coordinate YouTube videos and short-form content
• Build marketing assets using Canva and AI tools

Founder’s Office

• Conduct competitor and market research
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Support product launches and GTM initiatives
• Assist with strategic projects across the business

Customer & Product

• Speak with customers to gather feedback
• Understand merchant pain points
• Help improve onboarding and customer experience
• Work closely with the product team on new feature launches

Community & Networking

• Attend startup and eCommerce events in Jaipur
• Build relationships with founders, agencies, and Shopify partners
• Represent BetaxLab within the startup ecosystem

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with exceptional skills are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn quickly
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High ownership and attention to detail

Bonus Points

• Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
• Shopify or eCommerce knowledge
• SEO and content marketing experience
• Canva or Figma skills
• Basic video editing
• Startup or SaaS experience
• Familiarity with analytics tools
