Technical Co-Founder / Founding Developer – Equity

Looking for a Technical Partner / Developer Open to Equity
I’m a non-technical founder building an early-stage digital health platform.
I’m looking for a developer (recent graduate or early-career is welcome) who wants real ownership and is open to working primarily for equity / a percentage of the business rather than a full cash rate.
What I’m looking for:

Solid full-stack skills (or strong front-end + willingness to learn the rest)
Experience building (or strong interest in building) multi-sided platforms with different user roles
Ability to implement secure chat/messaging features
Comfortable handling file uploads and secure document storage
Experience with (or strong interest in) secure applications and regulated environments — familiarity with HIPAA concepts or healthcare data security is a significant plus
Someone who wants to grow with the project long-term and can handle a product with many interconnected pieces
