About the job

Plan and run Meta (Instagram/Facebook) lead-generation and WhatsApp click-to-message campaigns; manage budget, monitor CPL daily, cut weak creative fast.
Own offline/BTL marketing: local roadshows, society/village activations, electrician & local-shop tie-ups, hoardings/print where relevant to the target towns.
Design and run a structured referral program for existing customers — currently unstructured; this is a named priority for the brand.
Brief the Creative Content Producer on what content to make; provide scripts/concepts/hooks grounded in what customers in Telangana/AP actually respond to.
Coordinate 3–5 local micro-influencer relationships (2K–50K followers) — sourcing, briefing, tracking which ones actually drive leads vs. just views.
Hand qualified leads to the telecalling team (Manasa/Sowmya) with clean data — name, phone, real interest — not clicks or content-less DMs.
Track and report weekly: leads generated, CPL, source breakdown (paid/organic/offline/referral), and conversion handoff to sales.
Represent the brand's tone consistently: trust over hype, no exaggerated savings claims, Telugu-first communication.
