Product Manager

Hanbuc is an AI-native clinical platform for ADHD and autism assessment, and the foundation of a mental health operating system. We're founded and clinically led by practising NHS psychiatrists and backed by a £1M seed round.

This is a product role where the user is a consultant psychiatrist or a mental health clinician, the buyer is an NHS trust or private clinic, and the constraint is clinical safety. It suits someone who finds that more interesting than another consumer funnel.

Horizon one is the assessment pathway: screening, digital rating scales, collateral information capture, and the clinician-facing review surface where an AI-drafted scales and psychiatric report get checked and signed. That's what you'd own from day one.

Horizon two is the mental health OS. Assessment is the wedge. The structured data it generates is the beginning of a longitudinal clinical record — a way for any clinician picking up a patient's care to see their full history properly organised, rather than reconstructing it from years of unsearchable free text. Getting there is a product problem as much as an engineering one, and you'd be central to defining it.

What you'll do

Own the roadmap for the assessment pathway end to end
Run discovery directly with psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and service managers
Design the clinician review experience - the highest-leverage surface in the product
Shape how longitudinal patient history is structured and surfaced, working with clinical leadership
Write specs precise enough to build against, in a domain where "roughly right" isn't acceptable
Define what good output looks like and build the evaluation criteria with engineering
Support NHS procurement and assurance with the documentation buyers actually ask for

What we're looking for

5+ years in product, including B2B SaaS with a professional or expert user
Track record shipping a product where correctness and trust mattered more than growth metrics
Ability to ship a focused v1 while holding a platform vision - without letting the second eat the first
Strong written communication - you'll be writing specs, clinical-facing documentation and procurement material
Genuinely comfortable working with AI products and their failure modes
Willing to learn the clinical domain properly rather than abstracting away from it

Nice to have

Healthcare, digital health or regulated-industry product experience
Exposure to NHS or UK healthcare procurement, or to EHR/EPR systems
Clinical background of any kind

Remote within India, with meaningful overlap with UK hours
