Assessment today is a mess of PDFs, unstructured letters and clinician time spent transcribing rather than thinking. Waiting lists run for years. The information needed to make a good diagnostic decision exists, but it is scattered across screening tools, self-rating scales, collateral reports from parents and teachers, and the clinician’s own notes.
We restructure that entire pathway. Screening and digital assessment run before the appointment, and their output is summarised, categorised and used to prepopulate the DIVA-5 and a draft psychiatric report. The clinician arrives at the consultation already knowing where to focus and what is missing. Ambient AI handles the transcription and structuring during the session itself. The clinical assessment cannot begin until the upstream work is complete, which is a deliberate quality gate rather than a workflow inconvenience.
The company was founded by practising NHS psychiatrists. Our CMO is Prof Steven Marwaha. We are CQC-aligned by design and backed by £1M in seed funding across 13 investors.
