We are looking for a first Customer Success Manager. As part of the Success team, you'll have a direct impact on our business by helping clients transform the way they work with Agentero, thus increasing renewals and expansion.
Key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with prospects and clients by understanding their needs
Onboard and assist new customers to master how they use Agentero
- Drive the creation of a range of materials including one-pagers, videos, knowledge base and webinars to best train and engage our customers
- Translate customer feedback into attainable objectives and successfully execute against them
- Increase product usage and adoption, and provide feedback into product direction
- Influence strategy, growth, and product priorities to drive adoption and retention
About you:
-5+ years of experience increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention in customer success/account management roles at a SaaS company, ideally B2B selling to SMB
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to train and educate users
- Process-oriented mindset, identifying recurring patterns and capitalizing on them by improving the ongoing process
- Creative problem-solving mentality
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills
- Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy and a sense of urgency

- Insurance industry knowledge
- Startup work experience
