Partnerships & Alliances Associate

We are looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Associate who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, DSAs, fintechs, aggregators, and other strategic partners.
• Build and nurture long term relationships with lender partners to improve business outcomes and drive mutual growth.
• Manage the complete partner lifecycle from prospecting and onboarding to activation and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Technology to ensure seamless partner integrations and issue resolution.
• Track partner performance, analyse business metrics, and recommend strategies to improve volumes, conversions, and partner productivity.
• Negotiate commercials, partnership terms, and service level expectations with prospective partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging opportunities within the lending and financial services ecosystem.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, partnership reports, and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements throughout the engagement lifecycle.

*Ideal Candidate
*

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Business Development, DSA Management, Lender Relationship Management, or Account Management.
• Prior experience in a Bank, NBFC, Fintech, Lending Marketplace, or Financial Services company is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple partner relationships in a fast paced environment.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics to drive decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem solving and execution skills.
