AI Creative Producer (Image / Video Ads)

Audena is building the operating system for modern operations. We're looking for an AI Creative Producer to own the visual output that fuels our brand, website, and marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

• Produce a high volume of image and video ads weekly using Higgsfield, Sora, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and adjacent AI tools.
• Own the creative pipeline end-to-end — concept, prompt engineering, generation, editing, iteration, versioning by channel and audience.
• Build ad variants at scale for Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube — hooks, aspect ratios, thumbnails, motion cutdowns.
• Translate Audena's brand voice into consistent visual language across every asset.
• Spot performance patterns from live campaigns and feed insights back into creative direction.
• Maintain brand-system consistency across landing pages, product marketing, social, and paid.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years producing marketing creative, with 12+ months heavily hands-on in AI generation tools (Higgsfield non-negotiable).
• Strong graphic design instincts and a genuine feel for what makes a scroll-stopping ad.
• Track record of shipping large volumes of creative on tight, weekly cadences.
• Fluency reading ad performance data and translating it into creative bets.
• Sharp brand sensibility — able to hold a voice across dozens of assets.
