Founding Engineer (Full-Stack)

Stelo is an AI-native real estate marketplace killing the 6% commission. Sellers list for a flat fee instead of a percentage — a technology platform with licensed partner agents at the ready to handle MLS and closing. We're funded entirely by our founder's profitable first company (zero outside capital, no runway anxiety), we hold licensed brokerage subsidiaries in California and Florida, and we're launching in the San Francisco Bay Area now.

You'd be hire #1. You own the product end-to-end:

• The consumer marketplace — listing onboarding, flat-fee checkout, offer management, transaction status
• MLS/IDX integration and partner-agent handoff tooling
• The AI transaction layer — document review against state compliance rules, deadline tracking, missing-signature detection
• The agent dashboard (transactions, CRM, cap tracking) — already live
• The infrastructure underneath it: Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase/Postgres with RLS, Vercel

Who you are:

• Senior full-stack generalist who has shipped production products solo or on tiny teams
• Real LLM/agent experience in production — not demos
• Comfortable being the entire engineering org for 6–12 months
• Strong product sense — you'll make product calls daily, not wait for specs
• Bias to ship: we're weeks from launch, not quarters
