Co-Founder

We are building an ambitious technology startup in stealth mode and are looking for a highly execution-driven co-founder to help build the company from the ground up in San Fransisco, California.

This is a deeply hands-on operating role involving day-to-day execution across operations, fundraising coordination, hiring, growth initiatives, partnerships, and company building. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup environments and genuinely wants to build long term.

The ideal candidate has executive leadership experience within an early-stage startup and has participated in venture capital fundraising or investor relations. We are especially interested in founders or executive operators who have helped build and scale venture-backed companies. Exceptional candidates with venture capital experience or outstanding startup backgrounds will also be considered.

What We’re Looking For:

• Executive leadership experience (CEO, COO, VP, Chief of Staff, etc.) at an early-stage startup.
• Direct experience participating in or supporting venture capital fundraising.
• Experience working closely with founders, investors, and executive teams.
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to build processes from the ground up.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving 0–1 startup.
• High ownership mentality with a desire to build long term.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Founder or founding executive of a venture-backed startup.
• Experience raising capital from venture capital firms.
• Existing relationships within the venture capital or startup ecosystem.
• Operations leadership experience in a venture-backed startup.
• Experience working directly with investors, boards, or fundraising activities.
• Exceptional students or recent graduates with significant venture capital, startup, or entrepreneurship experience are encouraged to apply.

This is not a consulting, advisory, or passive executive role. We are seeking a hands-on operator who is excited to build alongside the founders, take ownership of day-to-day execution, and help lead fundraising, operations, and company growth from the earliest stages.

***Candidates whose experience is primarily in large corporations or consulting firms, without meaningful startup operations or venture capital fundraising experience, may not be the best fit for this role.
