About the role

GTM Engineers build the machine behind growth. You'd automate outbound, wire up the data and tooling that let sales and marketing scale, and run the experiments that surface what actually converts.

What we usually look for:

• Equal parts technical and commercial; as comfortable in code and APIs as in a sales conversation
• Hands-on with the modern GTM stack (Clay, Apollo, CRMs, and the scripting that glues them together)
• An experimentation mindset; you measure, iterate, and kill what isn't working
• Scrappiness and speed over polish, especially in the early days
• Genuine interest in the business itself, from pipeline to revenue
