About the role

FDEs sit where our startups meet their customers. You'd embed with users, understand their problems deeply, build the solution in front of them, and carry what you learn back into the core product.

What we usually look for:

• Strong engineering paired with real customer instinct; you can write the code and read the room
• Comfort with ambiguity, and with travel or on-site work when it moves the deal forward
• A track record of owning problems end to end, from the first customer call to a shipped solution
• The ability to translate messy business needs into working software, fast
• Bonus if you've done this before at an early-stage or enterprise-facing company
