We're now scaling the team, tightening our engineering standards, and building AI into how we work day to day.

The role
We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer who already works with AI tools to join our team in Las Palmas. You'll build real products for international clients, own technical decisions, and grow toward more architectural responsibility over time.

AI tools and autonomous agents are part of our workflow — you'll use them to move faster, raise code quality, and explore better solutions, while staying directly responsible for what you ship.

This is a good fit if you have ~3 years of experience and want to go past a pure execution role: take on more ownership and grow as an engineer in a structured environment.

What you'll do

Build and maintain web applications with React, Next.js, and Node.js (TypeScript)
Use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to ship faster and improve quality
Work directly with designers, product owners, and other engineers
Take part in technical discussions and contribute to system design
Write clean, testable, maintainable code
Do code reviews focused on quality and clarity
Keep improving your own workflow

Must-haves

3+ years building software
Experience shipping web apps (frontend + backend)
Solid grasp of clean code, testing, and maintainability
Hands-on with React / Next.js and Node.js
You already use AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
Problem-solving mindset and a drive to grow
Good spoken and written English

Nice-to-haves

Basic system design knowledge
Experience with a cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience in teams with structured code reviews
Genuine interest in AI, LLMs, or automation
