Dutch-Speaking Phone Setter — Full-Time, Remote

About the Opportunity

We are building a small, high-performance sales team around a premium coaching offer for entrepreneurs and business owners.

We are looking for one or two driven people to join as full-time Phone Setters.

This is a phone-based outbound sales role. It is not a DM-setting position.

The right candidate wants to build serious sales skills, work directly with entrepreneurs, and earn the opportunity to grow into a Closer.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Making outbound calls
Starting conversations with entrepreneurs and business owners
Qualifying potential clients
Scheduling qualified appointments
Following up with prospects
Tracking your daily activity and results
Attending sales training and coaching sessions
Implementing feedback quickly
Meeting agreed activity and performance targets
Who We Are Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

Speak Dutch fluently
Communicate confidently on the phone
Are available full-time for at least 40 hours per week

Previous sales or appointment-setting experience is helpful, but it is not the main requirement.

The potential growth path is:

Phone Setter → Closer → Leadership Coach

Progression is based on performance, commitment, coachability, conduct, and results. It is not automatic.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor role.

Successful candidates begin with a one-week trial that is fully commission-based.

During the trial:

There is no base fee
Commission is 10% on qualifying generated revenue
Candidates receive clear activity and performance expectations
Continued collaboration depends on meeting the agreed commitments

Candidates who successfully complete the trial may continue into a three-week sprint focused on generating their first deal.

After proving themselves and meeting the agreed performance requirements, a monthly base fee of €1,000 may become available.

All commission attribution, payment terms, and performance requirements will be confirmed in writing before the trial begins.

Missing an agreed input commitment without a valid reason may end the trial or collaboration.
