Role Description
We are looking for an exceptional Content & Social Media Marketer to join our team. This role requires someone who does not just meet expectations, but sets a new standard from day one.

You will take our founder's blogs and technical content and adapt them into platform specific posts for X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. This role is focused on distribution and growth, not original blog writing.

Responsibilities:

Adapt the founder's blogs and technical content into posts for X, Reddit, and LinkedIn
Manage posting schedules and presence across all three platforms
Grow followers and engagement on X, LinkedIn, and Reddit
Translate technical and finance related content accurately without losing its meaning
Monitor platform performance and refine strategy accordingly
Requirements:

A demonstrated track record of growing followers or engagement on at least two of the following: X, Reddit, LinkedIn
Experience working with technical or finance related content
Proven ability to convert long form content into platform specific formats that perform well
Strong understanding of how X, Reddit, and LinkedIn differ in tone, audience, and best practices
A high level of ownership and initiative, with a commitment to excellence
