We're looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our People Operations team and help us attract great talent as we continue to grow.

The Role
This role is focused entirely on recruitment and talent acquisition. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing job adverts, coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

You'll play an important role in helping us hire across a variety of departments, including Customer Support, Project Management, Sales, Vendor Management and Operations.

Previous recruitment experience is an advantage but not essential. Experience within the translation or localisation industry is beneficial, but we welcome candidates from other industries who are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Create and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an organised recruitment pipeline and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience from application through to offer.
• Build talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Support continuous improvements to recruitment processes.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience is advantageous.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus.
• Translation, localisation or language services experience is beneficial but not required.
