We are seeking a skilled Hands On Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and improvement of manufacturing processes. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and ensuring efficiency in our operations.

· Assist production team as needed in any area of the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

· Setting up and operating multiple machines and equipment; including tube benders, band saws, chop saw, grinders, drill presses, CNC machines (HAAS Mills and Lathes), brake press, overhead crane, router, and orbital polishing machines, forklift.

· Ability to work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities.

· Using precision tools to accurately measure tight tolerances (micrometers, calipers, height gauge, pin gauge, scales, etc.)

· Inspecting materials prior to cutting, bending, or drilling to ensure they meet quality standards.

· Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on the equipment.

· Create CNC programs to make parts to specifications.

· Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes.

· Systematically implement process improvements though standard work

· Climb ladders and stairs. Lift and carry 40 lbs.

· Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.

Ideal Candidate qualifications

· Education 4-year degree or relative work experience

(Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial technology)

· Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment

· Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and techniques

· Strong CAD skills
