Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious In-Office Sales Specialist to engage warm, inbound leads and turn inquiries into viable property acquisitions. This position is ideal for an individual with strong interpersonal skills, a disciplined sales mindset, and the drive to thrive in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Evaluate inbound inquiries from motivated sellers to determine property condition, timeline, motivation, and financial expectations.
• Deal Progression: Build rapport with property owners, negotiate terms, and prepare qualified opportunities for our acquisition team.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records, notes, and follow-up schedules in the company CRM to ensure high conversion rates.
• In-Office Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members in our Raleigh office to optimize strategy and close transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• Location: Ability to work on-site at our office in Raleigh, NC.
• Sales Background: Demonstrated experience in phone sales, call center environments, appointment setting, or direct sales (Real estate experience is a plus).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong rapport-building capabilities.
• Professionalism: Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient in a high-volume environment.
