Requirements

Minimum

• High-school diploma or GED

Preferred

• 1+ years of experience in an office environment.
• 1 year of experience in MS Office including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Applicable work experience in an Architectural or Engineering consulting firm.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint of similar ERP.

Summary

The Project Manager Assistant position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks under limited supervision to support the production teams. This candidate will be specifically responsible for assisting the Engineering team. The right candidate has a strong understanding of the office environment including scheduling, coordination of documents, and data entry with a high level of attention to detail and organization. Experience within the A/E industry is a plus.
