Duties:

TouchStone’s Web Operations Specialist keeps our clients’ websites running, current, and error-free. Web development has changed: nearly all of TouchStone’s website maintenance work is completed using AI development tools, and this role is built around that workflow. The Web Operations Specialist directs AI to complete maintenance and development tasks, then critically reviews, tests, and verifies that work before it reaches a client’s site. Working with the development, brand management, and marketing management account teams, their duties include, but aren’t limited to, the following:

Required:

• 85% Web Tasks Completed on Time
• 85% Web Tasks Error Free
• No More than 3 errors in any given month

· 95% Web Tasks on Time

· 95% Web Tasks Error Free

· Complete 1 Volunteer event/opportunity

· Complete all requested training

Total Compensation*: $38,000 - $49,800

• Base Pay: $38,000
• Benchmark Pay: $7,600
• Fitness Earnings: $0 - $1,200
• President’s Club: $1,500 - $3,000

*includes base pay, benchmark pay, bonus pay, fitness earnings, and President’s Club.
