Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to design, develop, customize, and support enterprise NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, workflows, saved searches, and third-party integrations.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient NetSuite solutions. This role will also provide technical leadership, support end-to-end implementations and enhancements, and troubleshoot production issues across key NetSuite modules including Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Order Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain NetSuite ERP solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead and contribute to end-to-end NetSuite implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system optimization initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 solutions.
• Configure and develop SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteTalk integrations, saved searches, and customizations.
• Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems, including:
• CRM platforms
• Banking systems
• Payment gateways
• Reporting and analytics tools
• Other enterprise applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and promote development best practices, coding standards, and reusable solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and other team members.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve production issues across NetSuite modules, including Finance, SCM, and Order Management.
• Analyze system performance and implement solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and overall system efficiency.
• Ensure NetSuite solutions comply with organizational security, compliance, data integrity, and performance standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including:
• Technical specifications
• Solution design documents
• Integration documentation
• Deployment plans
• Configuration documentation
• Support SIT, UAT, production releases, and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with QA and business teams to support testing, defect resolution, and successful deployment of solutions.
• Participate in production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP development and customization.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0 and/or SuiteScript 2.0.
• Strong experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, workflows, and saved searches.
• Experience developing and maintaining NetSuite integrations with third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as:
• Finance / Financial Management
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Order Management
• Experience with NetSuite implementation, customization, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Ability to translate functional and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with technical documentation and solution design.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment processes.
• Experience supporting UAT and production releases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing technical leadership on NetSuite projects.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-based integrations.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with CRM, banking, payment, and reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance best practices within ERP environments.
• NetSuite certification is an asset.
