Software Engineer — Full Stack - Remote - US Only

About the Role:
We're looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who enjoys owning problems from idea to production and collaborating across the organization to help improve the product and processes. Two core areas we expect you to be involved in:

Core Platform

You'll contribute throughout our platform, working on both user-facing experiences and the systems that power them.
You'll work on:

• Building and shipping frontend features using React and TypeScript
• Designing and implementing backend services and APIs
• Developing distributed data streaming and processing pipelines
• Improving system reliability, performance, and developer experience
• Owning features end-to-end, working with product team from design through deployment and ongoing iteration

Forward Deployed Engineering

A meaningful part of this role involves partnering closely with customers to bring the platform into production. You'll bridge product, engineering, and implementation work, building solutions that improve both customer outcomes and the product itself.
You'll be responsible for:

• Building internal tooling that accelerates deployments and operational workflows
• Working directly with implementation and client discovery teams to implement data pipelining
• Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve engineering velocity

What We're Looking For
We're less interested in checking every box than finding someone who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, learning quickly, and taking ownership.
We're looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally on a small, high-impact team
• A demonstrated track record of shipping end-to-end features from concept through production
• Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals and software design skills
• Excellent SQL skills and experience designing and optimizing queries
• Experience working with large datasets, including memory-efficient processing and data manipulation techniques
• The ability to reason about performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack
• A strong sense of ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
• Curiosity and the ability to rapidly develop both technical expertise and domain knowledge

Nice to have:

• Experience in data engineering and building ETL pipelines
• Experience with distributed systems or event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and production systems
• Experience leveraging LLMs to accelerate time to development while not sacrificing accuracy and minimizing iterations

About the Team
You'll join a small, highly collaborative engineering team where every engineer has meaningful ownership and influence. We're currently a team of three engineers, and you'll be our fourth, helping mature the product and team culture as we scale.
