StarCast is building the trust, licensing, and rights infrastructure for the AI likeness economy.
We're creating the infrastructure layer that enables trusted AI identity, licensing, consent, and ownership at internet scale.
We're looking for a founding engineer to build that platform.

About the Role

• You will help build a venture-scale startup from the ground up.
• This isn't a traditional engineering role. You'll join as an early technical partner with the opportunity to grow into the CTO as we scale.
• Build an MVP with complex workflows and transform it into a secure, scalable production platform capable of serving creators, businesses, and enterprise customers worldwide.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has built AI products not just AI demo
• Understands modern AI architectures (LLMs, agents, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, MCP, tool calling)
• Can design scalable cloud-native systems and APIs
• Has experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and high-scale backend engineering
• Thinks in systems, not features
• Enjoys solving difficult infrastructure problems from first principles
• Wants to build a category-defining startup over the next decade
