Role Overview
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will own the content engine that builds the QubeLabs brand across digital channels. You will work closely with founders, product, design and sales teams to create high-impact content that positions QubeLabs as a thought leader in Enterprise AI.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating deep technology into engaging business stories and understands how content fuels enterprise sales.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy

• Develop and execute the company's B2B content marketing strategy.
• Create content aligned with product launches, GTM campaigns and enterprise sales initiatives.
• Build thought leadership around Enterprise AI, Agentic AI, Financial Services AI, Workforce Intelligence and Digital Transformation.

Content Creation

• Develop high-quality content including:
  Whitepapers
  Case studies
  Product brochures
  Website copy
  Blogs
  Executive articles
  Customer success stories
  Email campaigns
  Sales enablement collateral
  Investor communications
  LinkedIn content
  Press releases
  Product documentation
  Webinar and event content
  Video scripts

• Digital Marketing
  Manage organic content distribution across LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  Execute SEO-driven content strategies.
  Create and optimize landing pages.
  Measure campaign effectiveness using digital analytics.
  Support lead generation campaigns with high-converting content.
  Collaborate with design teams for visual storytelling.

• Product Marketing
  Translate technical AI capabilities into business value propositions.
  Develop messaging frameworks for enterprise customers.
  Create competitive positioning and product narratives.
  Support product launches and feature announcements.
  Produce customer-facing presentations and demos.

• Brand Building
  Ensure consistency across all brand communications.
  Build QubeLabs' executive thought leadership.
  Research emerging AI and fintech trends.
  Identify content opportunities that strengthen market positioning.

Qualifications
Education
MBA or Postgraduate Degree from a Premier Business School.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Engineering or related discipline.

Experience
2–4 years of experience in Content Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Mandatory experience in B2B SaaS and/or FinTech companies.
Experience marketing AI, enterprise software, cloud platforms or technology products is highly preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate from a Premier Business School (IIMs, ISB, MDI, SPJIMR, XLRI, FMS, IMT Ghaziabad or equivalent).

Experience working with founders or leadership teams.
