We're in the early stages, working closely with users to validate the product and find repeatable growth.

About the Role

We're looking for a Founding GTM Lead to join us on a part-time basis and help shape how VoiceDraw reaches users and grows.

This is an equity-only founding opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to customers, validating ideas, refining product positioning, and running growth experiments.

Initially, we're looking for someone who can dedicate a few hours each week. As the company grows, there's potential for the role to evolve into a larger commitment if there's mutual interest.

What You'll Do

• Talk to potential users and gather customer insights.
• Help define product positioning and messaging.
• Run and analyze GTM and growth experiments.
• Identify distribution channels and acquisition opportunities.
• Build relationships with creators and early adopters.
• Work closely with the founder to influence product direction through user feedback.

Who You Are

• Passionate about startups, GTM, and product growth.
• Curious and enjoys talking to users.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
• Excited by the idea of building something from the ground up.

Prior startup or growth experience is a plus, but it's not required. We're looking for someone with ownership, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn.
