We are expanding our regional presence and looking for a Team Lead to drive growth, tournament execution, and league partnerships across the Midwest territory. In this role, you will lead regional outreach, manage relationships with tournament directors and league organizers, oversee event logistics, and ensure smooth execution from initial sponsorship through post-event reviews. You will also recruit local disc golf vendors.

The work occurs before and after the round, so yes, you can play on every course that you visit.

Our company will have a presence at all major PDGA events. You will be attending these to help promote our brand!

The position is at least 50-75% travel.

We also need need expertise in accounting, inventory/logistics management, marketing, and design. Having any one of those skills would be a huge bonus!
