Associate Director – Product

At Noise, we're building products that millions of people use every day. As an Associate Director – Product, you'll own the core NoiseFit experience, shaping how users engage with their health, fitness, and wellness journeys.

You'll define product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and drive features from concept to launch. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Hardware, you'll build experiences that improve engagement, retention, and long-term user value.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 8+ years of Product Management experience in high-scale B2C products
• Has built and scaled consumer mobile products
• Is deeply data-driven and experiment-oriented
• Thinks strategically while executing with speed
• Has experience working across cross-functional product teams

Experience in health-tech, wearables, consumer internet, fintech, or marketplaces is a strong plus.
