Oracle Hcm functional Hybrid- Pune

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.- This position is based in Pune and 3 days WFO/week is mandatory.-

A 15 year full time education is required.

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management or Time and Labor, Fast formulas, EL expression, HCM design studio, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL, Simplified template creation, HR Extracts

• Must have 2 implementations Experience and Worked on Client facing role

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Fusion Security - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to analyse and optimize existing software solutions for performance.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

• Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.
