Test Automation Engineer at BairesDev

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will build and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and mobile applications to ensure high software quality. You will act as a key contributor to the development lifecycle, integrating automated validations into delivery pipelines to provide teams with continuous and actionable quality feedback.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, and pytest.
• Build and optimize comprehensive test suites for web, API, and mobile platforms to increase coverage.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality monitoring and faster releases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects while collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Define and implement automated testing strategies that align with project requirements and business goals.
• Maintain and enhance existing testing frameworks to improve execution efficiency and script reliability.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Test Automation or Software Quality Assurance.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium, TestNG, or pytest.
• Experience developing automated tests for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality feedback.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
