Co-Founder & Chief Carrier Partnerships Officer

AutoCheckPro is seeking a co-founder to lead our direct-to-insurance-carrier go-to-market strategy and turn industry relationships into carrier pilots, licensing agreements, and multi-market expansion.

AutoCheckPro helps insurance claims teams source, select, book, and manage qualified technicians and mechanics for eligible vehicle repairs. Our platform gives adjusters a verified alternative to the carrier’s existing repair route while preserving adjuster control, customer choice, workmanship protections, documentation, and claims-grade risk controls.

AutoCheckPro has the potential to disrupt auto claims by creating a faster, more flexible, and more competitive alternative to the traditional repair-cost and routing process supported by platforms such as CCC and Mitchell. *Across our first 20 completed jobs, early results indicated approximately 40% savings compared with CCC- or Mitchell-based repair estimates.

Our goal is to validate those results through controlled carrier pilots and scale the model across the insurance industry—helping carriers reduce repair severity, shorten claim cycle time, improve technician availability, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

Our go-to-market strategy is clear:

Claims events → carrier relationships → no-cost pilots → measurable results → licensing agreements → multi-market expansion

This co-founder will own that process from initial outreach through commercial agreement.

Responsibilities

Lead AutoCheckPro’s direct sales strategy with regional and national insurance carriers.

Build relationships with leaders in auto claims, auto physical damage, claims innovation, procurement, claims strategy, and direct repair programs.

Develop a targeted claims-event strategy and begin outreach six to eight weeks before each conference.

Pre-book meetings through LinkedIn, email, event platforms, warm introductions, and existing industry relationships.

Represent AutoCheckPro at major claims conferences and lead demonstrations, discovery calls, presentations, and pilot discussions.

Identify the right carrier teams, geographic markets, and repair categories for controlled pilots.

Work with carrier stakeholders to define pilot scope, claim eligibility, implementation requirements, KPIs, and success thresholds.

Secure and help launch controlled, no-cost auto physical damage pilots.

Build relationships with multiple stakeholders inside each carrier instead of relying on one internal contact.

Guide opportunities through pilot readiness, live execution, results review, procurement, and licensing negotiations.

Present pilot outcomes to carrier leadership and convert successful pilots into paid licensing agreements.

Expand successful relationships across additional claims teams, markets, repair categories, and states.

Build a repeatable claims-event-to-pilot-to-license growth engine.

Pilot Focus

Pilots are designed to be controlled, measurable, and low-risk. They may include one carrier team or geographic market, defined claim categories, a six- to eight-week live period, adjuster control over every repair decision, no automatic routing requirement, claims-grade documentation, technician vetting, workmanship protections, and carrier-defined success metrics.

Key measurements may include repair-cost savings, claim cycle time, technician availability, customer satisfaction, documentation quality, repair outcomes, and claims-grade risk controls.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a senior insurance or insurtech leader with experience in auto claims, auto physical damage, direct repair programs, carrier partnerships, claims innovation, enterprise insurtech sales, or pilot development.

Existing relationships with carrier claims executives, auto physical damage leaders, innovation teams, or direct repair decision-makers are strongly preferred.

The strongest candidate will have a demonstrated ability to turn conferences, introductions, and strategic conversations into meetings, pilots, contracts, and recurring revenue.

Success in This Role

Success will be measured by qualified carrier relationships, pre-event meetings, signed pilots, successful pilot execution, licensing agreements, recurring revenue, and expansion into additional markets and states.

Compensation

This is an equity-only, milestone-based co-founder opportunity with no current salary.
