What You'll Do

• Reach out to creators and influencers for barter and paid collaborations
• Build and manage influencer relationships
• Create, schedule, and manage social media content
• Research viral trends, memes, and content ideas
• Plan and execute growth campaigns
• Grow our Instagram and other social platforms organically
• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and viral content
• Creative mindset with a good eye for trends
• Self-driven and proactive
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows
• Previous experience with social media management or influencer marketing is a plus
