Financial Professional – Life Insurance & Retirement Solutions

As a Financial Professional, you'll help clients protect their families and build wealth through life insurance, retirement planning, long-term care, estate planning, and business owner solutions. You'll work directly with a field leader and plug into a proven sales and training system.

This role fits both experienced producers and driven newcomers ready to get licensed and learn a high-value skill set.

What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals, families, and business owners (virtually or in person) to assess financial protection and retirement needs
• Present tailored solutions across life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and wealth-building strategies from 100+ financial products and top-rated carriers
• Build and manage your own client base using our fintech-driven CRM and quoting tools
• Complete structured training and mentorship with proven field leaders

What We're Looking For

• Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one — we'll guide you through the process)
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
• Strong communication skills and genuine care for helping people
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment
• U.S. work authorization; 18+
• Sales, financial services, marketing or client-facing experience is a plus BUT not required

Compensation

Commission-based with top-tier builder compensation, performance bonuses, and true ownership of your book of business. Uncapped earning potential.
